My Experiences with HP purchases never seen to post to my cash back account. More often than not I need to notify Rakuten to get it posted and Rakuten is wonderful. This is not a Rakuten issue it's an HP lack of notification. Love shopping through Rakuten but I feel certain stores are not very quick to report purchases...
