My only problem is both times that I used Rakuten for Petmeds, I had to ask for the money. I don't know if it's because you have to get approval from my Vet. But I've used it twice and both times it has had to be researched to get the money back.

PetMeds is a website primarily for PET MEDS. If Rakuten offers cash back for this site, it should include pet meds. To not include them makes zero sense. Also, when I buy non-meds items from here and go through their link, they often do not award me cash back and I have to contact them and ask them to add my cash back,...
